Skyrad were finalists at Cleantech Innovate, the largest innovation showcase for the Green industry in the UK.
Organised by Eco Connect, the green industry business network, the Cleantech Innovate summit took place at the Institute of Mechanical Engineers on 13th February 2014. As one of the finalists, Skyrad were asked to give a presentation on the day. Phil Yorke gave an introductory presentation explaining how Skyrad worked, and explained that Skyrad was looking to raise awareness and find partners, and also to start conversations with interested investors.
Phil’s speech was well received by the audience and was highly commended by the organisers, narrowly missing out on “Best in Show”. Off the back of the presentation day, Skyrad made a number of useful new contacts and connections. Phil said “I would highly recommend Cleantech Innovate for anyone interested in the Green industry”.
